GET GOING GET ROWING TRINITY INDOOR ROWING BLITZ 2015

ongratulations to the 1st and 2nd year rowing crews who participated in the very first Get Going Get Rowing Trinity Indoor Rowing Blitz.

The day was a massive success in terms of numbers, attracting close to 500 students from around the country who either just recently took up the sport, or specifically trained up for this event though the Get Going Get Rowing Schools programme.  The day was very professionally run with talks from Physiotherapist Fiona Wilson and former Olympian Neville Maxwell as well as receiving Television coverage (see below, fast forward to 6 mins in the clip).

Coláiste Iognáid did very well at the event and came back with a respectable medal haul;
